Course notes
A 76km point-to-point race through the forests and rolling terrain of Västerbotten in northern Sweden. The name '7-Mila' refers to seven Swedish miles (one Swedish mile = 10km). The course winds through classic Norrland landscapes — dense boreal forest, frozen lakes, and quiet inland terrain. Predominantly flat to gently rolling, favoring endurance over technical skill.
